You only pay if you choose cloud
AI Workflow Automation is free with your own AI provider key. The builder, every node type, all triggers, local execution, and the chat widget run locally at no cost, with no account.
Billing comes into play only when you use the optional cloud service: keyless AI or hosted cloud execution, both metered in credits. This page explains how to get credits. For live prices and the current plan details, always check the pricing page.
Ways to get credits
There are three ways credits reach your account:
- Starter grant. Every new account gets a one-time grant of free credits when you sign up, so you can try cloud features without paying.
- Subscriptions. A monthly plan tops your account up with a credit allowance each billing period.
- Top-ups. One-time credit purchases you can add any time, on top of a plan or on their own.
Plans at a glance
These figures are a summary. The pricing page is the source of truth for current numbers.
- Pro: 24 US dollars per month, roughly 3,000 credits per month.
- Business: 59 US dollars per month, roughly 9,000 credits per month, plus agency multi-site management for up to 50 sites.
Business is the plan for agencies who manage many client sites from one account. See Agency multi-site management.
Top-ups
If you run low mid-month, or you only need cloud occasionally, buy a one-time top-up from the Account panel. Top-up credits are added to your balance immediately and do not expire with a billing cycle the way a monthly allowance renews.
Payments and cancelling
Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider. Paid plans are month to month, and you can cancel at any time from your account. After cancelling, you simply keep using the free Local (BYOK) mode: nothing free is ever taken away.
Upgrading from 1.x
If you owned a license for the older 1.x plugin, your entitlement is honored automatically. The first time you connect an account, your benefit is converted to monthly credits, with no manual steps. See Your account and credits.
Tracking what you spend
The Usage Center shows your credit history, daily consumption, purchases, and grants. For per-node credit costs and how to read your spend, see Cost and usage tracking.
